I just found the strangest thing:
I was waiting at the security desk for to let the people with the coffee in and I found this little photo album. In the photo album were poloriods of vagrants all around fells points. There were names scratched down on the bottom of the photo, nicknames, dates of birth, sometimes addresses and social security numbers. All of the photographs were taken by surprise when the vagrants were sleeping on benches or caught unaware and they were catalogued in this little book for the security guard.
