Last night i skipped tutoring. And by "skipped" i mean my little girl didn't show up and i didn't volunteer to work with someone else (like i usually do.) I instead took a long bath. It was so much more rewarding than chasing kids around and making sure they know the 13 orignial colonies. Last week i did get suckered into playing battleship and outburst, jr. at the same time. It is difficult to entertain sisters, as you can imagine, especailly sisters who won't agree. It takes an amazing amount of concentraton, there should be a gameshow like that or something. you could even try this at home - Risk and Simon at the same time? Memory and Guess Who? Connect Four and Baladerdash? The human mind is an amazing thing.
Today my office had our monthly birthday celebration. This one was for chinese food - oh i mean, my birthday - but they had chinese food, and everyone was much more excited about the food than anyone born in may. It almost seemed mean to be eating chinese food ina conference room when you kow everyone in the whole building can smell your general tsos and are jealous as hell.
oh and lastly, next time you see me, i could really use a hug. you should give me one.

I forgive you. Pants means it's so stupid. My cousin Laurie told me it. No one actually says it though.
You had General Tsos? I don't even work in the city, and I'm jealous, damn you.
