so, the drive in's were awesome. you all missed out. for reals. okay, the movies sucked, but it's the experience. it's d. edward vogal over your radio. it's americana. it was so strange to me, because before the movie began they play the national anthem. everyone gets out of their car, and stands beside their open car doors with their hats off and sings. this is just before the dancing hot dogs come on the screen. america is a weird place.

saturday i went for a nice long walk. it was really hot though, i was glad i wore lots of sunscreen. i should have worn shorts. i should own a pair of shorts, i guess.

the last pair of shorts that i actually owned and wore were this pair of old man's courdoroy teal shorts with an elastic waist band. in middle school i thought this looked awesome with my socks pulled up high and converse sneakers. i was never very interested in wearing shorts. i did however make a pair of short shorts for the dance party last summer. they were more like denim underpants though. in the summer when it is really hot, way too hot to wear jeans, i usually wear a little skirt and t-shirt combo. pretty sandels. i looked dressed up all summer, but i'm not i'm sweaty and gross, i just wear skirst which makes me look dressed up. i have very pale legs, internet. sometimes they look bluish because you can see my blood running through them.

as far as tanning, that doesn't really happen. my freckles just get darker. i get very very tan but only in tiny speckles.

this sounds like a summer entry, doesn't it.

speaking of summer, i bought a new bathing suit online. how does one order a bathing suit online, you ask? a woman would ask that because they know trying on bathingsuits is an incredibly laborious endeavor. i just bought two. one in the size i think i am, and one in the size i most likely, actually am. (bigger.) they are differnt colors and stuff, i figure when they come, i'll fit in one of them, and the other i can save for when i am fatter or thinner. they were pretty cheap.....but here is the problem....they said they can't ship them until may 28th (that's my birthday by the way) ....that totally sucks. summer will be here by then! and i ordered them WEEKS ago. should i cancel them?

i kind of like asking you advice, internet.

i should be cleaning my room now.
